Wellness Wednesday Yoga: Fall Series

Wellness Wednesdays are BACK this Fall!

A weekly yoga class for brain cancer research.

$80 donation to KMF for unlimited class pass this Spring

$15 donation for single classes

every Wednesday from September 11 - October 16

at the Smithgall Arts Center Pavilion in Gainesville, Georgia

5:45 - 6:45 PM Rain or Shine

(Gates open at 5:30 PM and close at 7 PM)

 Fall 2024 Sessions will run for 6 weeks starting Wednesday, Sept 11th, 2024. Step into a world of tranquility and mindfulness as we come together for our third Wellness Wednesday Yoga Series  – weekly serene and empowering yoga classes dedicated to raising funds for brain cancer research. By participating, you can make a positive impact in the fight against this deadly disease while nurturing your mind, body, and soul.

 

Led by our experienced and compassionate CEO & yoga instructor, Becky Martin (E-RYT 200), this class is open to all levels of practitioners, ages 13 years and older. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you'll find joy and peace in this shared experience of wellness and giving back.

What to Expect:

♂️ Guided Yoga Flow: Immerse yourself in a soothing yoga flow that unites breath and movement, fostering a sense of inner calm and balance

 

🌳 Scenic Surroundings: Experience the serenity of nature as you practice on the lush green lawn, connecting with the beauty of the outdoors

 

🌅 Sunset Meditation: Embrace the tranquility of the setting sun during a meditative moment, allowing for introspection and renewal

 

🍵 Refreshments & Community: After the class, enjoy dinner and refreshments at downtown venues while mingling with fellow participants, building a sense of community. More below...
